SHIPPING POLICY (Nadology)

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on nadologyshop.com.

2) Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.

3) Shipping times (estimates)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is processed.

  • United States: 8–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other events may impact delivery.

4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on destination and order details.

5) Tracking

When available, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

6) Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7) International shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

8) Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist.

9) Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

  • check with household members/neighbors,

  • contact your local carrier,

  • then email us at wave.compagny@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

We may request additional information to investigate.

10) Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the packaging and the item.

We will evaluate and provide a solution (replacement or refund where applicable).

All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
